Research Analysts Requirements:

  • Analyze business models of small-cap and mid-cap clients, conduct due diligence research on management, and present prospects
  • Manage GTD workflow matrix, create knowledge management database, and lead the training and development industry
  • Master Boolean Operators, Google Apps, Evernote, Eventbrite, Basecamp, MeetUp, WordPress, and Microsoft Office
  • Master Psychology, Sociology, History, Logic, Algebra, Statistics, Acting, Drawing, Dancing, Singing, and Speaking on Stage
  • Lead the seminar experience for 10 people
  • $50 per hour compensation

Project Leader Requirements:

  • Create, manage, and lead relationships and projects with small-cap clients; take responsibility for success of user experience
  • Innovate, execute, and steward the logistics of $500k+ projects, from conception to realization
  • Responsible for initiating, planning and designing, executing and constructing, monitoring and controlling, and completing goals
  • Master event management, agile project management, Edward de Bono lateral thinking, Six Sigma, GTD, NLP, and 360 feedback
  • Partner with Gallup Organization, ASTD Leadership, Speaker Circle, Paul Caulo, Anthony Robbins, and Dr. Jim Loehr
  • Manage and mentor a team of five research analyst while leading the seminar experience for 50 people
  • $100 per hour compensation

Team Leader Requirements:

  • Create, manage, and lead relationships with mid-cap clients; take responsibility for overall success of Dao of Life’s offerings
  • Structure complex, ambiguous, and potentially charged business development issues for Dao of Life’s executive team
  • Lead execution quickly, with flawless accuracy, expeditiously, working with all seminar teams across Dao to serve VIP guests
  • Work closely with crew captains,  project leaders, and research analysts to develop experiences that transform lives
  • Partner with David Allen, Brendon Burchard, Keith Cunningham, Frank Shamrock, Master Zhao, and Sifu Arnold Tayam
  • Manage and mentor a team of two project leader and ten research analysts while leading the seminar experience for 100 people
  • $200 per hour compensation

 Crew Captain Requirements:

  • Create, manage, and lead relationships with large-cap clients; take responsibility for overall success of Dao of Life’s offerings
  • Lead the product, service, and seminar strategy, design, and architecture effectiveness by directing internal and external partners to deliver the product suites; collaborate with CMO to bring product to market; coordinate with COO for service delivery
  • Establish partnerships across the training and development, health, real estate,  media, and technology industries to develop an eco-system for Dao of Life applications and for consumer products and consumer devices required to access these applications
  • Exponential growth through annual and quarterly planning, strategy, and execution, for 20 days per quarter, for 80 days per year
  • Conduct in depth business analytics, 360 surveys, and key performance indicators to measure, manage, and improve ROI
  • Replicate, automate, and scale a comprehensive strategy for vertical and horizontal integration of industry leaders
  • Work closely with executive team, team leaders, and project leaders to develop experiences that transform lives
  • Partner with Singularity University, TED Conference, Aspen Institute, Apple, Disney, Virgin, Kinect, and OSIM
  • Manage and mentor a team of ten team leaders and twenty project leaders while leading the seminar experience for 1,000 people
  •  $400 per hour compensation
